I have set myself the task of compiling a photo diary to capture certain moments in my life. Not only is this to motivate me as a photographer to get a really great shot, but also to constantly be aware, thankful, and mindful of my surroundings. I want my days to count. I want to be able to look back and have my emotions evoked by my images. I will also be documenting where the photo was taken, what I was doing, and the type of equipment I used. Enjoy! Day 5
This photograph was taken at Byron Bay of my talented friend Piera. Her dancing skill and incredible flexibility lent for some beautiful imagery. I really like how her hair has been caught mid turn. I brought out the clarity and contrast in Lightroom, also adding a slight vignette overlay.
