PHOTO DIARY

I have set myself the task of compiling a photo diary to capture certain moments in my life. Not only is this to motivate me as a photographer to get a really great shot, but also to constantly be aware, thankful, and mindful of my surroundings. I want my days to count. I want to be able to look back and have my emotions evoked by my images. I will also be documenting where the photo was taken, what I was doing, and the type of equipment I used. Enjoy! Day 32

I took this image at the Queensland gallery of modern art. The exhibition "Look now, see forever" is by renowned eccentric artist Yayoi Kusama. I have been dying to see this for weeks and definitely was not disapointed. The concept is to give guests (mostly aimed at children) stickers and tell them to place them around the originally white room. I captured this little delighted baby putting his sticker on the piano stool.
