PHOTO DIARY

I have set myself the task of compiling a photo diary to capture certain moments in my life. Not only is this to motivate me as a photographer to get a really great shot, but also to constantly be aware, thankful, and mindful of my surroundings. I want my days to count. I want to be able to look back and have my emotions evoked by my images. I will also be documenting where the photo was taken, what I was doing, and the type of equipment I used. Enjoy! Day 126

I really like the detail in this macro shot and the contrast of the dark blue in the foreground juxtaposed to the light blue in the background. The image itself is an up close shot of my dogs brush. I was attracted to the shape and textures and fine detail.
